Six Side Design Of Manifold Blocks

The surface of the valve block six sides installed base plane, the inn channel is the arrangement of pore space. Six faces of the block side is the mounting surface constitutes total unit. Top side:

The top surface of the hydraulic valve block as an overlay joints plane, there are common pressure ports P inlet port, common oil return port O or T, drain port L oil to equipment and four bolt installation holes.

Front side:

Mounting direction valves, such as solenoid valve, check valve, etc. when the pressure valves and flow valves installed on the right side with no room place, it should be installed in the front, in order to adjust and easily check valve operation.

Rear side:

Mounting valve component, which are not needed to adjusted

Right side:

Installing frequently adjust the components of pressure control valves, such as relief valve, relief valve, sequence valve, flow control valves, such as throttle , speed valve.

Left side:

The actuator output port should be on the left side in addition, external pressure points and other auxiliary ports, such as the accumulator hole, then alternate pressure switch hole and so on.

Bottom side:

This side is usually not for drilling holes, it is only for the block mounting on its position stable, it can be installed on the oil tank, or other platform. The key of six side design is easily for components screw in or out, especially for valve replacement, maintenance and checking malfunction of the hydraulic system.
